如果…就…
如果 (rúguǒ) poses the condition, 就 (jiù) introduces the consequence. 就 always comes AFTER the subject of the second part.
如果 + condition, (Subject +) 就 + consequence
…的话: the oral condition
In spoken language, one often adds 的话 (dehuà) at the end of the condition — with or without 如果.
